The GLYC Sailing Foundation is a Colorado Nonprofit Corporation and is recognized as a 501(c)3 foundation by the Internal Revenue Service. Our Federal Tax Identification Number is 26-0721366. This means your donations to the Foundation are tax-deductible. The Foundation is supported completely by the generosity of donations which are used to accomplish our mission.

Singular cash or in-kind (sailing equipment, boats, or other non-cash) donations are appreciated. Don't scrap that old boat, Contact Us and let us see if it might be used by the GLYC Sailing Foundation. The GLYC Sailing Foundation also offers subscription based donation, where you can pledge a smaller recurring donation each year. This is a wonderful way to help the organization grow and flourish while managing your finances.

Fully funded scholarships for sailing instruction are encouraged. In some cases donors cannot afford to fully fund a scholarship. In these cases the GLYC Sailing Foundation will combine donations from multiple donors to fund a student.
