The National Sports Center for the Disabled (www.nscd.org) has
partnered with the Grand Lake Yacht Club (www.grandlakeyachtclub.com) and the GLYC Sailing Foundation to host three more sessions of sailing for the disabled in the summer of 2009.
After a successful pilot program in 2008 (click to read article) the summer 2009
sessions will occur on three successive Fridays in July. With the generous volunteer help of the US Sailing Certified instructors from the Grand Lake Yacht Club Sailing School,
these events provide the opportunity for the disabled to experience sailing on the beautiful Grand Lake, Colorado.
